Digital Services - No Physical Returns

AdBreakers provides digital marketing services only. Since we do not sell physical products, there are no physical items to return or ship back.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all fees are non-refundable once services for the billing period have commenced. This includes:

  • Monthly management fees
  • Strategy and consulting sessions
  • Campaign setup and optimization work
  • Creative development and copywriting
  • Reports and analytics already delivered

Why No Refunds?

Digital marketing services involve:

  • Immediate delivery of expertise and labor
  • Time-sensitive campaign management and optimization
  • Access to proprietary strategies and methodologies
  • Ongoing work that cannot be "returned" once performed

Month-to-Month Flexibility

Instead of refunds, we offer:

  • No long-term contracts - services operate month-to-month
  • Easy cancellation - terminate services with 14 days notice
  • No cancellation fees - simply provide written notice
  • You remain responsible only for the current billing period

Service Satisfaction

If you're unsatisfied with our services:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@adbreakers.com
  2. We'll schedule a call to address concerns
  3. We'll work to resolve issues and improve performance
  4. If concerns persist, you may cancel with 14 days notice

Advertising Spend

AdBreakers does not control or refund advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). Platform refund policies are subject to their respective terms:

  • Meta/Facebook Ads refund policy
  • Google Ads refund policy
  • Other advertising platforms' policies

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered due to AdBreakers' error
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Services cancelled before any work commenced

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly:

  1. Contact info@adbreakers.com within 7 days
  2. Provide invoice number and details of the dispute
  3. We'll review and respond within 5 business days
  4. Legitimate billing errors will be corrected promptly

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us directly may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of the service agreement
  • Additional administrative fees to recover costs
